Three Ways We Cater
Every event is a little different. Pick the setup that fits yours, and we will build the menu around it.
Live Truck Service
We park at your venue and cook everything fresh on site. Guests order at the window and get it hot off the grill, or we plate it and set it out for them. The truck is fully self-contained with its own generator, so we do not need hookups or power from you. Best for 50 guests or more.
Drop-Off Catering
We cook everything fresh, then deliver it ready to serve. Choose individually boxed meals for grab-and-go, or serving trays your team sets out buffet style. No truck at the venue and no setup on your end. No strict minimum, a good fit for smaller groups too.
Buffet Trays
Family-style trays that feed roughly ten people each. Mix and match shawarma, falafel, hummus, salad, and sides to match your headcount. A good fit for office lunches and gatherings where people serve themselves.

Everything we serve is 100% halal, including all of our meat. It is not a separate menu or a special request, it is simply how we cook. That makes us an easy fit for mixed groups where some guests need halal and everyone else just wants good food.
Our falafel wrap and falafel platter are vegan, and our shawarma salad bowl is grilled chicken or beef over fresh Mediterranean salad with no bread, for guests avoiding gluten. Tell us what your group needs and we will plan the menu around it.

How much does catering cost?
Pricing depends on your menu, guest count, and whether you want drop-off catering or full live truck service. Request a quote with your date and headcount and we will put together exact numbers for you.
What is the minimum guest count?
For live truck service, we generally look for 50 guests or more, since it takes the truck off the road for the day. For drop-off catering there is no strict minimum, we can prepare smaller orders at the truck or our commissary and deliver them to you. There is no maximum for either, we regularly serve several hundred people at festivals and large events.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We ask for at least 48 hours notice. For larger events and weekend dates we recommend booking further out, since weekends fill up with festivals and events.
How far do you travel for catering?
We are based in Anaheim and cater all over Southern California, including Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, and the Inland Empire. Delivery within 20 miles of Anaheim is free, and beyond that it is a small per-mile fee included in your quote, no surprises. If you are an hour or two away, reach out, we regularly travel for the right event.
Is your food halal?
Yes, everything we serve is 100% halal, including all of our meat. This is not a special request or a separate menu, it is simply how we cook.
Do you have vegan and gluten-free options?
Yes. Our falafel wrap and falafel platter are vegan, and our shawarma salad bowl is served over fresh salad with no bread for a gluten-free option. Tell us your dietary needs when you request a quote and we will plan around them.
Do you need power or hookups for the truck?
No. Our 25 foot truck is fully self-contained with an onboard generator, so we can park and serve anywhere there is space, including parks, parking lots, and private property.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold an Orange County Health Department mobile food facility permit, an LA County permit, and carry $1M general liability and commercial auto insurance. We can provide a certificate of insurance for your venue on request.
Where We Cater
We are based in Anaheim and cater all over Southern California, including Orange County, the South Bay, greater Los Angeles, San Diego, and the Inland Empire. Delivery within 20 miles of Anaheim is free. Further than that, an hour or two away is no problem, we just include a small travel fee in your quote.
