Privacy Policy

The short version: we only use your details to answer your request and cater your event, and we never sell them.

Who we are

• This policy covers toumboom.com and Toum Boom, operated by TOUM BOOM LLC, a family-run halal food truck based in Anaheim, Orange County, California.

• Only what you send us. When you use the catering quote form, email us, call, or text, that includes your name, phone number, email, business name, event date, address, guest count, budget, and any notes you add.
• We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies on this website.
• The catering form saves your unfinished answers in your own browser, so you do not lose them if you leave the page. That copy stays on your device and is cleared when you send the form.

• Only to respond to your request, send you a quote, and plan and deliver your catering or event booking.
• We do not send marketing emails or add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
• We share it only with the services we use to run the business, such as our email provider and the service that receives catering form submissions, and only so they can do that job. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
• All of the above excludes text messaging opt-in data and consent, which is never shared with third parties.

• If you give us your phone number, we may text you about your catering request: questions about your event, your quote, and your booking.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
• Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.

• Payments are processed by Square. We never see or store your full card number. Square handles your card details under its own privacy policy.

• We use Google's Business Profile API, through our own app "Toum Boom GBP Tools", only to manage Toum Boom's own Business Profile listing: replying to reviews, publishing posts, and keeping our hours up to date.
• The app is used only by us, on our own Google account. It does not access any other person's Google account or data, and we do not sell or share anything it reads.
• Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• We keep request and booking details for as long as we need them to serve you, and afterwards only as long as required for our business, tax, and legal records.

• You can ask us what we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time. Email toumboomft@gmail.com or call (714) 553-1513 and we will take care of it.

• If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the effective date at the top.
